RecipeBrain Healthy Mediterranean Diet: Mozzarella and Kalamata Italian Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of lettuce, Italian mix
  • 1/4 cup of tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of carrots, sliced
  • 1/8 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, low fat
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 4 Kalamata olives

Directions
Place lettuce in bowl and add remaining ingredients and toss with low-fat vinaigrette. Serve chilled.
