Ingredients - 1 cup of lettuce, Italian mix
- 1/4 cup of tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup of celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1/8 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, low fat
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
- 4 Kalamata olives
Directions Place lettuce in bowl and add remaining ingredients and toss with low-fat vinaigrette. Serve chilled.
